Today, in this moment,

I breathe…

Today, in this moment,

I believe…

I believe in my heart,

I believe in my breathe,

I believe in my soul…

The world is unraveling,

And when I breathe,

I can feel in my heart

That the unraveling is a healing,

Coming back to our hearts and connectedness

That we had from the start…

It is a tapestry that comes undone,

In order to be reshaped to the melody of love.

Through the pain I will find my courage to open my heart.

Through the fear I will surrender to my love.

Through the trust I will honor my intuition.

Today, in this moment,

I have the courage to open my heart,

I surrender to the depths of my love,

I trust that my intuition will deliver my strength,

And I find peace in the howl of my soul.
